Anna is a Russian-speaking attorney at Bartlett and Weigle Co, LPA and focuses her practice on immigration law and criminal defense.

Anna was born and raised in Russia, where she attended Tula State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. Soon after college, Anna moved to the United States, and for a few years she worked as a paralegal gaining invaluable experience in various areas of the law. An immigrant herself, coupled with her passion to help others, Anna quickly developed an interest in immigration law and decided to pursue law school. Anna earned her Juris Doctor Cum Laude Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she graduated in the top five of her class.

While in law school, Anna received numerous awards, including Henry Clay Merit Scholarship and multiple Dean’s List Awards. Anna was an Editor of the Law Review and also participated in the Kentucky Innocence Project externship, where she investigated potential wrongful conviction cases. This is when Anna developed her interest in criminal defense and post-conviction work.

Anna is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She lives in Edgewood, Kentucky with her two children, Luca and Nicola. In her spare time, Anna enjoys yoga, hiking, photography, and more yoga.
